At Network we are doing everything we can to provide counselling to people in crisis in our communities, but we can’t do it on our own. Our partners in the corporate sector are really important to us so that we can continue to provide a service to people regardless of their ability to pay. We are also seeking support to expand our specific counselling service for young people. By supporting Network, your company will be helping people throughout Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Fundraising

Hold a fundraising event. This can help raise vital funds for our work but can also bring people together, enhancing team spirit. A small event, such as a cake sale, quiz or dress down Friday event, can help to raise funds and also raise awareness of our work.

If any of your staff are entering a sporting event or challenge, like the Bristol half marathon, a Triathlon or 3 Peaks Challenge. They could do this and raise money for us at the same time.

Charity of the year

Choose us as your ‘charity of the year’ and plan a series of fundraising events to support us. This is a great way to motivate and unite your employees and colleagues while helping us to raise vital funds.

Christmas Charity

Choose us as your Christmas charity – plan fundraising events over the Christmas period. Be environmentally friendly, maybe just email a Christmas greeting to your contacts and donate the money you save on cards and postage to us!

Gifts in kind

Whether you are a retailer, manufacturer, creative agency, printer or consultant – if you have surplus goods or can offer pro bono services then you can help us. We are always in need of a range of items and services from prizes for auctions and raffles, design and printing of communication materials to venues for events and meetings, IT support and staff training. Whatever you feel you can offer, please get in touch.

Sponsorship

You may be able to help us through sponsoring a specific event – please talk to us about forthcoming events and opportunities.

Payroll Giving

Payroll giving is a fantastic way to support us.

Your donation is taken from your salary before tax is deducted, so that we receive the tax that Inland Revenue would otherwise have kept. In other words, you give more at no extra cost to you!

This means an employee who pledges £5 to Network Counselling each month would actually only donate £4 and the remaining £1 will be made up by HM Revenue and Customs.

Ask your workplace if they have a payroll giving scheme and if they do they will give you a form. You then put down what you’d like to give and who you’d like to support e.g. Network Counselling £5.
