Being there in a time of crisis

Across society our mental health is meeting with varied challenges at the moment. A combination of many difficulties has led to anxiety, depression and relationship breakdown for the first time for some people, and has exacerbated underlying vulnerability in others.
At Network we know that the need for accessible counselling is as urgent as ever. We also know that for the 75% of our clients on low incomes, this quality support would be out of reach without our services.
As a charity we rely on the generosity of individuals, Churches, companies and Trusts and Foundations to continue to offer affordable to counselling to all, regardless of background or ability to pay. It costs £32 to provide a counselling session.
Our work can be life changing, and we also know that for some it is life saving.
“In the beginning never in a million years would I have been able to say that I love myself and now I feel like I can say that, and being kind to myself, being aware; lots and lots of things that I wasn’t doing or wasn’t able to do before, and it’s only through this whole process that it’s become possible.”
Please give now
It takes great courage for a person to recognise they need support with their mental and emotional health. Please donate now so that we can be there for people when they reach out for help.
You can donate now online via our JustGiving page.
In the meantime, please do make a one off donation by bank transfer (BACS), or set up a regular gift as a Standing Order.
To donate by BACS or to set up a Standing Order please contact jo.davies@network.org.uk for details.
If you would like to send a cheque by post, please make it payable to “Network Counselling and Training” and see the contact page for our address details. If you would like to add Gift Aid to your donation, please include a completed copy of our Gift Aid Form.
