Network is looking for an experienced Fundraiser to transform our fundraising and lead the growth of voluntary income in support of our affordable counselling service and training department.

In the past year we have experienced significant shifts in the way we work, as well as a growing demand for our services. Our response is rooted in our Christian, person-centred ethos which is inclusive, welcoming to people of all faiths and none, and committed to extending acceptance, understanding and support to all who come to us in need. As we currently have a very limited fundraising function, with plenty of scope for development, it is an exciting time for an ambitious, talented Fundraiser to join the team as we look to the future.

You will be responsible for all voluntary income generation in support of Network’s work, achieving annual targets in line with our organisational strategy. The focus of the role will primarily be on raising funds from Trusts and Foundations and individuals, but will also contribute to Network’s communications, develop other income streams including corporate and Church giving, and take responsibility for day to day fundraising financial management. You will build an approach to fundraising that is compelling, well organised and relationship driven.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a Fundraising role, with demonstrable experience in successfully raising annual income targets from Trusts and Foundations. They will be highly self-motivated and have a commitment to the provision of affordable counselling for people in serious distress.

We are happy to consider flexible working arrangements in order to support the right candidate in the role.
