Training packages for organisations
If you or you and your team are involved in helping relationships – for example, nursing, teaching, support work, youth work or pastoral care – and you would like to develop your listening and communication skills, we can help.
Our team of skilled and experienced trainers can provide you and your colleagues with a package of introductory counselling training or continuing professional development (CPD) in listening and counselling skills.
We have worked with a variety of organisations, for example community health multi-disciplinary teams, youth and community support teams, and churches.
You can choose an ‘off the shelf’ workshop (or series of workshops). Alternatively, we can work closely with you to design a workshop to meet the specific needs of your organisation and staff.
Introductory workshops
- working with anxiety
- working with depression
- working with loss and bereavement
- learning effective listening skills
- self-care for you and your team

We also offer a wide range of CPD workshops. We can deliver these directly to your organisation either at your building or ours, or you can join us on one of our CPD workshops for counsellors and health care professionals and share your experience with others in a similar field.
