Affordable counselling

There are times in all our lives when we experience difficult, painful or confusing situations and need someone to talk to. Friends and family can be a valuable source of support, but sometimes it helps to have the time and space to talk openly with someone outside our usual relationships.

Counselling offers you a confidential, supportive space where you can explore what you are experiencing, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and consider what might help you move forward.

What is counselling?

Counselling can provide:

  • A safe, confidential space where you can talk openly and be listened to without judgement.
  • Time and space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and how they may be affecting you.
  • Support in understanding yourself and your situation, at your own pace.
  • An opportunity to consider a way forward, and explore what might help you make positive changes.

You don’t need to have all the answers before you come to counselling. You simply need to feel that talking to someone might help.
