Accessibility

Our building in Filton has good accessibility.

We have accessible parking and drop-off. At the front entrance we have a ramp and power assisted door, and there’s an accessible bathroom on the ground floor.

We don’t have a lift, but four of our counselling rooms on the ground floor. We prioritise those for room users who need them. Our waiting room, reception area and back offices are all no-step access.
Unfortunately our counselling kitchenette is one step down.

If you require large-print documents please get in touch.
We’re happy to share digital versions of all documents.

If you have questions about how/whether we can fulfil any of your accessibility needs, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – reception@network.org.uk or call 0117 950 72 71.

If you have accessibility needs and you’re planning to apply for training with us, please get in touch to discuss.

We endeavour to make our training accessible for everyone. Our main training room, student library and small training kitchenette is no-step access. Our main training room has an induction loop system.
