Pay for your counselling assessment

To avoid confusion, please only use this page if the following are true:

You’re either booked for an assessment, or your assessment took place already.

You’ve been directed you to this page by an assessor, or someone else at Network.

You‘re happy to pay online using direct debit. Alternative methods are below.

This page is not for applying for counselling, paying for weekly counselling, or any other purpose.

Pay with GoCardless

We are now a cashless organisation. Our main method for accepting your £25 payment is online, using GoCardless, a payments company, similar to PayPal. This frees up more time for us to attend to other aspects of counselling.

GoCardless uses Direct Debit, and will ask your authorisation for us to request money from your account.

If you go on to have Weekly Counselling, you can tell your new counsellor to activate Weekly Payments using this same authorisation.

If for any reason you don’t end up having weekly counselling, we will not charge you again.
You can also cancel your authorisation at any time by contacting your bank, or through your banking app.

What if I can’t make my session?

If your session can’t go ahead, just let reception@network.org.uk know;

or call us on 0117 950 7271.
If the payment has already been taken, and assuming you have given us 24hrs notice, we will refund you.
If you give less than 24hrs notice, we will still have to charge for your session.

I can’t use GoCardless, what do I do?

If you want to pay over the phone, please call us on 0117 950 7271.
If we don’t pick up, please leave a message and we will call back. Please don’t leave card details on voicemail.

If your assessment is in person, you can use our physical card machine.
Please come to Reception to make payment, ideally before your session.

If you can’t use either of those, please let Reception know.

Please let your Assessor know which payment method you are using.

Thank you so much for supporting Network, making sure that others can access counselling in future. We hope that your counselling can give you the support you need.

Any questions or difficulties with payment?
