Recent post from Jan, 10th October ‘Network and especially my counsellor, who I felt enriched my life by his presence, has been a lifeline for me. I have found some renewed hope and space in my life. Counselling helped me in regards to my feelings of loneliness, isolation and sadness, when I felt there was nowhere much else where I could find support.
