A huge thanks to the staff and shoppers at Asda Filton for supporting Network. We had a stand in the foyer during Mental Health Awareness Week 2019, and raised a much needed £335.15 to support mental health in our community.

David Cahill did it – 120 miles of the Ring of Kerry – you’ve still time to sponsor him to celebrate this brilliant effort.
In his own words … ‘David Cahill is a 60 year old, overweight, grandfather. What kind of crazy guy is he to want to cycle 180 Km (120 miles) in a day, up and down hills – the highest of which is 860 feet above sea level and goes all the way from seaside up a 9% gradient – to the very top.
Well, he is doing it for Network training and counselling (https://network.org.uk/) cos his wife is a trustee. Network provides low cost counselling to people all over Bristol. Please support him in this crazy endeavour. ‘

Monday 4th June saw the launch of The Listening Ear Project, a place where people can come, talk, offload in a safe place with a trained volunteer and, where appropriate, be signposted to appropriate agencies and charities.
The Listening Ear Project was developed by Revd Lizzie Gregory and Anne Duke of Network Counselling and Training. Read more about the project here.
